A handcrafted replica of a 4th-century BC Attic red-figure squat lekythos, original the National Archaeological Museum of Athens.
Squat lekythoi were delicate containers used by ancient Greek women to store precious scented oils, perfumes, and ointments.
Nuptial Symbolism: The scene captures the intimate ritual of a bride's preparation (kosmesis). A winged Eros hovers around the figures bearing gifts of beauty, while a young deer at the center symbolizes grace, purity, and the realm of Aphrodite.
A romantic and historically rich vessel, ideal as a focal decor object for vanity tables, heritage collections, and curated interiors.
